A: The Fugro Robertson Training Centre is accredited by the British Standards Institute (BSI) to ISO 9001:2000, which ensures that a strict quality assurance procedure is followed. Prior to course delivery, the course materials are put through a technical review process that ensures they meet your high standards and are technically correct. Once the technical quality has been approved, the course materials are put through a series of rigour quality checks prior to dispatch.
Upon course completion, we ask each attendee to fill in a course evaluation form, the results of which allow us to continually update and amend the course materials. Client feedback is very important as it enables us to ensure that the quality of our courses is continually improved.
