On Sunday May 11, four (fool)hardy footsloggers (otherwise known as the 'Oil Barons') from Fugro Robertson took the Peak Oil debate to a new level and carried an industrial oil barrel to the top of England and Wales' highest peak, Snowdon, for their local Children's Hospice, Ty Gobaith/Hope House, in North Wales.

This was one of several events that was organised as part of the 90-day Ty Gobaith Corporate Challenge. Total money raised to date is £4286.84.

On behalf of the children of Ty Gobaith, the Oil Barons would sincerely like to thank Fugro Robertson, their support team (Richard Amies, Lisa Buckley et al) and sponsors for their overwhelming generosity in time, press coverage and sponsorship.
