Tellus Toolbar

The Fugro Robertson Tellus Toolbar is the main controlling hub of Tellus and from here it is possible to quickly access and display the data contained within the Tellus database.

The Tellus Toolbar comprises 6 main buttons:

• Connect to database/Database connected - provides the connection to SDE.
• Add Layer - used to add data layers into ArcMap.
• Basin Selector - opens a user interface which allows the user to select a basin, load map data and also view tabular and graphic information.
• Petroleum Systems - a module which allows the user to select a basin and display a petroleum systems event chart for chosen plays.
• Join Layer - Joins a selected spatial layer to its associated data table where appropriate.
• Table Export - allows the user to export the selected layer/table in the Table of Contents to an Excel file.

In addition, the Tellus toolbar also provides a Document Linking feature which allows the user to select a feature from the map display and launch the associated PDF file.
